Sire Sabary was approved in Neumünster in 1996 and sold to owners in France. He stood at the Hörstein stud for one season and another half season at Webelsgrund, and after that, vanished from the scene, now serving as a private riding horse. After his first foals hit the ground, it soon became apparent that maybe this is, after all, the best of all Sixtus sons. The performance records and inspection scores clearly speak for this bay stallion, whose dam is a high stud book and elite mare in Germany and comes from the great Schwalbe line. Sabary's veray close relative, the elite mare Serenade by Habicht out of Shynoon, is dam of the two approved full brothers Sky Dancer and Sky Walker (both by EH Beg xx). Sky Dancer was a premium at his approval and is an accomplished FEI show jumper, while Sky Walker remains at stud in Hörstein to continue the legacy of his famous sire. Dam sire Highnoon was champion of his approval in Neumünster, but died after only one season at stud, so left only few offspring. His mare family is small, but has produced some interesting stallions, among them the great show jumper Lücke (by EH Friedensfürst) and the ATA's High Knight (by Heraldik xx).

The dam Kastagnette IV was a brood mare at Hörstein stud, where she is retired at pasture today. There is little new to say about her sire Habicht, the breed's most versatile performance horse sire. Her dam Komposition is also dam of the accomplished international eventer Konvoi (by Kalistos x) and the direct mare family further produced the stallions Kobald, Kornett II, Komet, Kokoschka, and several highly accomplished performance horses.

Kira is without doubt one of the top highlights of the Neumünster event this year. Her performance record is most impressive, her breeding of very high quality and her training nicely progressing to S level. This star mare will leave an impressive mark on any sport or breeding program.

Inbreeding chart: this pedigree is inbred to Habicht and the very good performance sire Magnet by Pregel, who was sold to North America where he also stamped the breed.
