The sire
Ursprung TSF was approved in Neumünster and sold at auction to the Netherlands. However, for his performance career, he remained in Germany and under Dorothee Schneider, now has a highly successful career at S levels in dressage. His sire Cornus competed at M level in show jumping and is one of the breed's best overall mare producers (based on inspection scores of his daughters) with several State and Verband premium mares in the books despite his limited breeding oppportunities. Cornus' sire EH Ravel, a maternal half brother to EH Rockefeller, had a Grand Prix career in dressage. Dam sire Istanbul was a riding horse producer stationed in UK and has a very good name with riders and breeders alike. The direct U-line of his family (Freia) also produced Ultra Chic and Union Jack.
The dam
Vanezia is one of the few daughters of the excellent FEI dressage stallion Wakond in the breed. She is also a direct daughter of the dam of EH Van Deyk! This pedigree is an exciting mix of tremendously successful, performance proven dressage lines on the basis of the family of Velasquez, Valerian, Vincent and the CCI**** eventer Vilano.
