Livius by Habicht out of Lethargie by Sterndeuter, born 1971. This chestnut colt was first selected for the Neumünster approvals where he was bought as a dressage prospect. It soon turned out that his true talent was jumping and he was sold to Emil Hendrix' barn in the Netherlands. Not quite 8 years old, he was a member of the Dutch National Team, competing at several World Cup shows.
He later was sold to the US, and was one of America's most successful show jumpers under Anne Kursinski. He won the opening competitions at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic games, where another Trakehner, Abdullah, took victory. Livius won several highly rated shows, among them the NYC Grand Prix at Madison Square Garden and the Spruce Meadows Grand Prix.

Abdullah by Donauwind out of Abiza *E* by Maharadscha. Abdullah was a truly "international Trakehner". His dam Abiza was bred to Donauwind at the German Verband Stud Birkhausen, and when in foal, bought by Gerhard Schickedanz for his Galten Farms in Canada. There, she produced the grey colt Abdullah, who was sold to Sue and Terry Williams of the United States. Abiza also produced the Grand Prix show jumpers Adrian and Amiego, among an impressive crop of also highly rated brood mares and performance horses.
He became the symbol of the Trakehner sport horse after World War II. Abdullah won the team gold medal and individual silver at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angels under Conrad Homefefd, USA, and was the best horse at the World Games in Aachen, Germany. He is also the sire of Grand Prix jumpers, like his approved German son Schneesturm TSF, who was fittingly named "little Abdullah" by the German press.

EH Sixtus by Habicht out of Stradelle by Ibikus. The "Trakehner stallion of the year 2001" is a stunning black stallion of unparalleled beauty. He would have excelled at any discipline, but it was decided to turn him into a show jumper. In only a couple of years, Sixtus participated at the National Show Jumper Championships in Germany, the World Championships of the Young Show Jumper in Belgium and won several Grand Prixs, among them the events at Hamburg and Insterburg.
He also is a celebrated sire today and the leading jumper producer in the Trakehner breed. In the past few years, it was his stallion line that consistently produced the "best jumpers" in Neumünster at the annual stallion approvals, like Sabary, Axis, Titulus and now Hirtentanz.
