The sire
Axis, who was approved in Neumünster in 2001, has had tremendous success with his first foal crop (born in 2003). Out of it, he produced the 2005 jumping wonder Hirtentanz, who just continues the paternal line with "best jumper" awards from Neumünster. Both EH Sixtus as well as Axis had won this before. Axis, despite his excellent jumping abilities, has success at FEI levels in dressage now Out of his second crop, his son Ballzauber was approved in NMS 2006 and was the most talked about young stallion at the huge Handorf Stallion show this year. Owned by Olympian Darren Chiacchia and sold through yet another TI Auction Promotion, he placed at material class levels this summer, and qualified and participated at the Bundeschampionat. Axis' dressage talent is primarily secured in his dam, who combines two prolific dressage stallions: the elite stallion Angard, who was a FEI dressage performer himself and has sire such, and the older Herzbube by Gunnar, who, among many others, is the sire of the world's best dressage stallion in 1994, EH Heuriger (e.g. winner of the Hamburg Dressage Derby; Team Silver and inidivual 5th at the 1994 Le Hague World Equestrian Games).
The dam
Dam Sinfoni L is full sister to Samira III, dam of the approved Seeräuber (by EH Partout) and the dressage stallion Solisten Traum (by EH Banditentraum) with a successful career at M level and a qualification for the Bundeschampionat in 2006. Samira III is furthermore dam of the ZfdP approved Trakehner stallion Sir Laurence (by Lauries Crusador xx). The O35A2 family is a branch of the big Saaleck family and also produced the approved Sastor.
