Colour me Lucky is the only foal by the 30 and 70 day test rideability champion Glücksruf born worldwide in 2013!! This is a very tall and leggy colt, with a harmonic conformation, long lines and excellent musculature. Colour me Lucky has a fantastic attitude towards people, and is what we would call an "old soul". Superior sport horse youngster with a well-balanced pedigree.
Glücksruf was the "best jumper" prize winner at the Trakehner stallion approvals in 2011. He comes from impeccable East German performance lines and has proven himself a worthy representative of these versatile genetics. Ate age 3, he was the best Trakehner stallion in Germany in the 2012 crop of 30 day tested stallions, with winning scores for his rideability, character and willingness to work. As a 4yr old, he won and placed high in young dressage horse classes and suitability classes in Germany. In the fall of 2013, he passed an excellent 70 day test in Germany, winning the dressage index and placing in the Top 2 of all Trakehners tested in Germany that year. Other scores included 9 and 9.5 for his walk, temperament, willingness and jumping, and high 8 scores for his cross country performance. Glücksruf is the classic Trakehner: Beautiful to look at, yet a winner under saddle with obvious versaility and athleticism.
Glücksruf's sire Dramatiker was a S level show jumper in Germany and sold to China in late 2012. He comes from excellent East German performance lines and combines the top jumper producers Ibar xx, Trafaret and Altan II in his pedigree. Dam sire Opernball also qualified for the Bundeschampionat of the German Show Jumper.

His get constistently inherit great rideability and excllent jumping potential. Manrico's sire Gipsy King was an equally established dual purpose sires in the Trakehner breed with offspring competing at S level in show jumping and dressage. He was one of the last male representatives of the Abglanz line in the Trakehner breed.
